This Flirty Flapper Costume is very stylish for a 1920’s themed party. The Flirty Flapper Costume is comfortable and flattering. The Flirty Flapper dress is a beautiful turquoise blue with a sparkling sequin detail to the front bodice. The skirt of the dress is flapper style with layers of fringing to move as you Charleston. The Flirty Flapper Costume also includes a matching sequin headpiece on a headband, complete with a black feather, and also a faux long pearl necklace to wear.
